Stand.
Pray.
Act.

Jesus calls His Church to bring about healing and redemption in His name. By working together, leprosy can be a thing of the past.

Thank you for choosing to stand, pray, and act for some of the world’s most vulnerable people. People living with the brutal physical, mental and social effects of leprosy.

Today, one person will be diagnosed with leprosy every two minutes. In an unjust world, their suffering won't make headlines. It is hidden in places of poverty across Africa and Asia.

But God sees, and so do you.

We will not stop until every person affected by leprosy is found, cured, and supported to build a future filled with hope.

This means far more than medical care. It means fighting for justice. It means working to combat climate change. It means ensuring women and girls are not left behind.

When you stand with The Leprosy Mission, you stand for love. And when people know that they are loved, true transformation happens.

What part is God calling you to play?

Stand

'Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy' (Proverbs 31:8-9)

These words from Proverbs aren't a suggestion. They're a command.

God calls us to make a stand. To say ‘this is not right’ and fight for justice. To defend rights, raise people's voices, and advocate for the marginalised.

Today, you can stand with God's people around the world to show His love to people affected by leprosy.

Who we are

We are a global Christian organisation leading the fight against leprosy. Following Jesus, we're breaking the chains of this cruel disease. From curing leprosy to challenging stigma, we're empowering people to have life in all its fullness.

We work in nine countries across Africa and Asia: Ethiopia, Niger, Nigeria, Mozambique, Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

Our mission brings God to places others won’t go. To people others ignore. It’s a mission rooted in solidarity and community. It’s a mission that needs you!
